Job Title:

Our partner organization is a well-established training practice situated in the Kent area, recently forming its own Primary Care Network (PCN). The practice has received a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and caters to around 30,000 patients across four conveniently located sites. The team is dedicated to collaborative efforts and prioritizes a healthy work-life balance for all staff members.

Position Details:
* Job Type:
  • Flexible hours available for both full-time and part-time positions
Location:
  • Kent region (with the requirement to work at various branch surgeries on a weekly basis)
Salary:£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, complemented by benefits including CPD leave, NHS pension, annual leave, and additional perks.
Team Composition:Includes GP partners, Salaried GPs, Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Paramedics, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), and a supportive administrative and reception staff.

Requirements:
  • NMC Registration with experience in primary care
  • Experience in chronic disease management
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccinations and provide health consultations
  • Monitor patients with chronic health conditions
  • Conduct cervical cytology tests, venepuncture, wound care, and other clinical tasks
