We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital's Wards Department.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week across flexible shift patterns, including weekends. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our hospital's services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice and patient safety
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of our hospital's services, including the implementation of new initiatives and quality improvement projects
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines
Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Ideal experience in a surgical setting, but training will be provided for the right candidate
