About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Bereavement Services Team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective organization and coordination of our Bereavement Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Bereavement Services Team to deliver high-quality customer service and well-managed administration.
  • Ensure the offices are covered and arrange all adult and baby contract funerals.
  • Update and maintain the PTL database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the service, line manage, and help develop staff to achieve excellent performance.
  • Work operationally across the three sites to cover staff leave and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent supervisor skills and strong administration/IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, show initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, bereaved relatives, and external partners.
  • Ability to identify concerns and address them in a caring and efficient manner.
