Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to manage our Bereavement Services Team. As a Bereavement Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective organization and coordination of our Bereavement Service.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Bereavement team to deliver a high-quality customer service and provide well-managed administration on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the offices are covered, arranging all adult and baby contract funerals, and updating our PTL database.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the service, line managing, and helping to develop staff. You will need to work operationally across our three sites to cover staff leave.

We are looking for a hardworking, empathetic, organized, and confident individual with excellent supervisor skills and strong administration/IT skills.
