Job Overview:

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing significant sales opportunities within the enterprise market. You will focus on establishing relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business requirements, and presenting the most suitable solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and engage new enterprise prospects, concentrating on building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, deliver persuasive presentations, and offer customized solutions to fulfill client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, address objections, and finalize agreements with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in enterprise sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development. Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in a high-growth environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, and solution-based selling.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives.
  • Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
