Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to selling, understanding customer needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Insights and Growth: Contribute to business insights and drive growth, aligning with the company's mid-term business plan and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English: Excellent communication and language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in front-line sales roles at a Japanese IT System Integrator (SIer) or consulting firm.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the company's business objectives, strategies, and operations.
