Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the role of Travel Assistance Coordinator within our esteemed International Assistance division.

As a Travel Assistance Coordinator, your responsibilities will vary daily; from managing a road incident in a remote location to addressing urgent medical needs in bustling cities, you will be a vital support for individuals in distress, making a significant impact on their lives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute positively to others' experiences during challenging times.

In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic and diverse team. Your primary focus will be to assist clients facing medical emergencies worldwide, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support. You will navigate through various processes and collaborate with professionals to establish care plans that may involve local treatment arrangements, air ambulance services, or commercial flights with medical escorts as required.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

  • Good geographical awareness
  • Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in the travel insurance sector is a plus
