Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual with expertise in Risk Management within the African Region to join our team as a Security Risk Coordinator in our Global Security Operations Centre.

· Risk Intelligence

At the heart of our security operations is the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), which operates continuously throughout the year. Our GSOC is staffed by a dedicated team of security experts and crisis management professionals who are well-versed in the complexities of global travel risks. They deliver timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence and guidance using advanced technology to provide localized insights and monitor incidents.

We collaborate with our clients to assess the security challenges their global operations encounter, offering strategies to mitigate those risks and assisting them in creating a safer environment for their employees, projects, and facilities. Our access to specialized consultants with local expertise enables us to develop risk mitigation strategies tailored to our clients' acceptable risk levels.

Role Responsibilities

Essential Experience

  • A minimum of one year of relevant operational experience in security and/or international relations, including military, government, police, NGOs, or corporate security.
  • Background in risk management, security planning, logistics, client-facing roles, and crisis management.
  • Experience working in an international context, such as postings or employment with a foreign multinational organization.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree in International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field.

Travel and Working Hours

  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to support operations.
