Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the role of Travel Assistance Coordinator within our esteemed International Assistance division.

As a Travel Assistance Coordinator, you will encounter a variety of situations daily; from managing a road incident in a remote location to addressing urgent medical needs across the globe, your role will significantly impact individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duty will be to deliver exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic and diverse team. You will assist clients facing medical emergencies, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support. This involves:

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to establish effective care plans.
  • Coordinating local treatment arrangements or facilitating air evacuations with qualified medical escorts when required.
  • Providing guidance and reassurance to clients during their time of need.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
