Position: Head of IT Operations

Salary: £90,000 + Performance Bonus & Company Benefits

Location: Leeds

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite

Fruition IT Resources Limited is seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead an organization through a transformative phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance to enhance performance and innovation.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for efficient operations.
  • Drive continuous documentation and process reviews to maintain ISO and audit certifications.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company assets and data.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect against threats.
  • Lead the customer support function, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance customer support performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT leader with a track record of driving technology initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
  • Experience managing IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated leader with a focus on people management.
  • Experience in delivering transformational change.
  • Ability to engage with board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of learning, development, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a team.
