As the Head of IT Operations, you will oversee the strategic execution of IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and customer support systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and innovation.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Drive continuous documentation and process review to ensure efficient delivery of all ISO and audit-related certifications.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company assets and data, ensuring ownership and integrity of information.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead the customer support function and team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance customer support performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT leader with a track record of driving technology initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
  • Experience managing IT budgets, resources, and vendors.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with compassionate leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in taking responsibility for and delivering a technical strategy.
  • Proven ability to deliver transformational change.
  • Experience working with board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in guiding a team on a journey, promoting a culture of learning, development, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
