Job Title: Interim Deputy Head of Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interim Deputy Head of Human Resources to join our team at the University of Leeds. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our strategic aims and enhancing organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Head of HR and provide strategic support and professional HR expertise to the HR team.
  • Carry an operational workload and lead on key HR projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the delivery of our strategic aims.
  • Provide leadership and management for the hub HR teams and ensure a University-wide focus on activities necessary to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of our new service delivery model as part of the CPS programme.
