Job Title: Interim Deputy Head of Human Resources

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Leeds as an Interim Deputy Head of Human Resources. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the University's Strategic aims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Head of HR and provide strategic support to the HR team.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and management for the hub HR teams.
  • Support the implementation of the new service delivery model as part of the CPS programme.
