Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training, manage promotions, role changes, and maintain headcount integrity.
  • Support HR operations setup in new countries and manage HR projects, including annual performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership experience in building and managing HR teams across diverse regions.
  • Extensive Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations and setting up new offices.
  • Expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and system integration.
  • Managing multiple projects and proven experience in ruthless prioritization.
