HR Officer

The HR Officer role is a key position in the HR team, supporting business growth and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver employee relations, HR processes, and procedures, as well as training and support for the new HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships through excellent service and support to line management on HR issues
- Advise line managers on policy and procedures
- Participate in disciplinary/grievance investigations
- Develop recruitment strategies in consultation with the Head of HR and HR Director
- Conduct interviews as part of the selection and exit processes
- Design and write training material and deliver bespoke courses
- Source development solutions to meet business needs
- Manage relationships with external providers
- Manage the development and maintenance of HR sections of the Internet and Intranet sites
- Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives
- Model company values in personal work behaviours
Requirements:
- Currently in a HR Advisor/HR Officer/HR Assistant role
- Proficient knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role
- Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary in the range of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum
