Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Social Media and Video Analytics Manager to become a vital part of Time Out's Content Strategy & Performance team. This role involves collaborating with content creators globally to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement, ensuring that exceptional social and video storytelling is central to our mission.

Your enthusiasm for data analysis and your ability to discern the elements that drive successful social and video content will be crucial. You will be responsible for gathering insights and conveying them to editorial teams, transforming intricate datasets into straightforward narratives and actionable recommendations that guide best practices across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels. Your strong affinity for data will empower you to track our team's progress against monthly objectives and compile that information into regular reports.

Ultimately, your primary focus will be on expanding Time Out's global audience, discovering innovative methods to present our editors' expert recommendations, and ensuring that Time Out remains the leading source of information on urban living.

  • Utilize analytics tools to inform our global social and video strategy.
  • Stay updated on significant changes to social and video platforms, ensuring our publishing practices are adapted accordingly and that new functionalities are integrated.
  • Conduct assessments of Time Out's social and video channels to maintain a consistent brand presentation worldwide.
  • Support the launch of new social and video channels and platforms.
