We are seeking a skilled Video Content Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the video production landscape. This role is essential in delivering high-quality video content that resonates with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Video and Digital Editors to uphold brand identity in all video projects.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the video editing workflow.
  • Create engaging content tailored for our audio brand audiences, considering the unique strategies for each social media platform.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media video editing.
  • Edit both short and long-form videos for various social media accounts and our YouTube Channel.
  • Work alongside internal and external partners to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine video projects.
  • Oversee the production process, managing video shoots both in-studio and on location.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, aligns with brand standards, and appeals to our audience.
  • Develop and execute video distribution strategies to maximize reach.
  • Maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is functional and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement digital best practices, creating captivating graphics and edits that drive engagement.
  • Take on the role of director or producer when necessary, ensuring the highest quality of video content is achieved.
  • Work with Social Teams to identify and leverage online trends and cultural conversations.

What You Bring:

  • Strong understanding of camera, sound, and lighting techniques.
  • Proven experience in both shooting and editing, with a comprehensive grasp of social media platforms from a video perspective.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to manage multi-track audio.
  • Familiarity with aspect ratios and video encoding formats.
  • Skills in sound design and project management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate audience insights into compelling video formats.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and direct talent effectively.
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems.
  • Experience in storyboarding and scripting.
  • Knowledge of media law and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of health and safety protocols during shoots.
  • Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, are a plus.
  • Photography skills are advantageous.
  • A team-oriented mindset, capable of seeing projects through to completion.
  • A keen interest in analytics and creating impactful content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
