Role Responsibilities
Enhance Reach's social media credentials to engage with market and media agencies, facilitating the acquisition of additional commercial partnerships (both collectively and for specific brands such as Curiously & OK) Serve as the subject matter expert on all major social analytics platforms, including Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Snap Studio, TikTok Analytics, and X Analytics, as well as third-party tools Generate weekly social performance reports for all major brands under Reach, encompassing key metrics such as reach, impressions, follower growth, video views, engagements, and revenue Utilize this data to deliver insights and recommendations to broader teams and key stakeholders within Reach Studio Analyze extensive data sets across primary social platforms to provide comprehensive insights, from year-over-year growth to specific demographic and revenue advancements for particular brands Develop customized reports and dashboards for Studio teams and senior management, ensuring data is presented in a clear and accessible mannerRequired Qualifications
Strong proficiency in social video analytics and the capability to extract reports from native platforms as well as Tubular Labs and Conviva Solid understanding of indirect revenue strategies related to social media and video content In-depth knowledge of content quality, current trends, and platform-specific variations Familiarity with paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap Awareness of emerging social platforms and evolving content consumption behaviors Expertise in organic social media as an industry and strategies to maximize engagement and reach Background in social media analytics and evaluation within an agency or media organizationTechnical Proficiencies:
Advanced understanding of Google Sheets/Excel Knowledge of Business Managers across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap Familiarity with operated and owned platforms and the ability to create insightful reports Competence in integrating APIs (when necessary) and conducting in-depth analyses of large data reportsAdditional Benefits
