Are you passionate about crafting engaging video content?

We are seeking a talented Video Content Producer to become a key member of our dynamic team at Bauer Media Group.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Video and will be responsible for overseeing all facets of video production. Your expertise in shooting and editing will be crucial, as will your understanding of our audio brands and target audiences across various social media platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Video and Digital Editors to ensure brand consistency in all video projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing the video editing workflow.
  • Creating tailored content for our audio brand audiences, with strategic considerations for each social media platform.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends in social media video editing.
  • Editing both short and long-form videos for our audio brand social accounts and YouTube channel.
  • Working with internal and external partners to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
  • Incorporating feedback from stakeholders into your creative process.
  • Managing video production projects both in studio and on location.
  • Delivering high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Creating and executing video distribution strategies to maximize reach.
  • Maintaining video equipment, ensuring all gear is functional and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborating with our teams to implement digital best practices, including creating eye-catching graphics and compelling edits.
  • Assuming the role of director or producer when necessary to ensure the highest quality of video content.
  • Working with Social Teams to identify and leverage online trends and cultural conversations.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong knowledge of camera, sound, and lighting techniques.
  • Proven experience in both editing and shooting, with a solid grasp of various social media platforms from a video perspective.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work with multi-track audio.
  • Familiarity with aspect ratios and video encoding formats.
  • Skills in sound design and project management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and audience insights.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems.
  • Experience in storyboarding and scripting.
  • Awareness of media law and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations for shoots.
  • Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, are advantageous.
  • Photography skills are a plus.
  • A strong team player with the ability to see projects through to completion.
  • A keen understanding of analytics and how to create impactful content across platforms, particularly YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
