Key Responsibilities:

  • Address product and service inquiries by conducting thorough research and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Perform reception duties as required.
  • Source shipping costs, arrange transportation, and generate necessary shipping documentation.
  • Assist in procurement activities by creating purchase orders and managing stock entries.
