Sales Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual, who has experience working within an office, to join our client’s team as a Sales Office Administrator, based at their offices in Eastwood, on a temporary to permanent basis.
**Responsibilities**:
Process incoming orders in accordance with established company policies and procedures
Verify accuracy of order information, including product details, pricing, and delivery addresses
Coordinate with various internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Communicate with customers to confirm order details, address any questions or concerns, and provide updates on order status
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to sales orders promptly and professionally
Generate required documentation such as order confirmations, delivery notes, and shipping labels and proof of delivery documents
Maintain accurate records of sales orders and related data in the SAP system
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience within an office team or similar role, preferably with SAP proficiency
Good knowledge of sales order processing procedures and practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and software programs, particularly SAP and MS Excel and MS Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
**Hours / Pay**:
This is a full time position of 37.5 hours a week
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
£12.30 per hour
