The Role:
As a Purchasing Officer, you will:
Be an ambassador for the new Procurement function.
Drive high performance across the entire Supply Chain.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to established procedures, local laws, regulations, and directions from Senior Management.
Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding purchase order commitments and ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
Maintain master data in systems and other locations.
A procurement or supply chain-related qualification such as CIPS is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
