**Job Description**:
**Your role as Warehouse Administrator**
- Control and Manage Inbound and Outbound Diary.
- Check all Inbound goods for discrepancies and communicate with Central Inventory.
- Manage and control all bonded stock through HMRC.
- File and maintain all Warehouse invoices and PO.
- Manage the return of leaker stock back to Bury St. Edmunds.
- Log and control Chep Pallets received from suppliers.
- Manage and control the outstanding orders process.

**What you’ll bring**
- You will possess excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels including when handling difficult situations.
- You are a real team player who thrives in a fast-paced, busy, and challenging environment.
- Previous experience of working within an administrative role is required.
- To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with proven ability to plan and prioritise your workload and work calmly and methodically in a busy environment.
- You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, notably Excel with strong attention to detail.
