**Onboarding Coordinator**

As a Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our new starter's success.

**The Role**
- Ensure uniform and any PPE are ordered as soon as possible.
- Ordering all equipment (phones, laptops, etc) once signed off.
- Confidentially collect new starter details including payroll documents.
- Sending all policy and procedural information (employee handbook) to new starters.
- Carry out right-to-work checks for applicants.
- Deliver day one inductions to all UK sites.
- Deliver presentations to both small and large groups of new starters.
- Complete reference checks.
- Support HR, Training and Recruitment as required.
- Assist new starters throughout their online training.

**The Person**
- Administration experience required.
- Be able to commute for day one inductions across the UK.
- Able to organise their own workload.
- HR or Recruitment administration is desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and tenacious in approach to work
- Comfortable in delivering presentations to large groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heanor: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Coordination: 3 years (preferred)
- Group presentation: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
