Job Opportunity

TEAM, Inc. UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our manufacturing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that we meet and exceed the quality requirements and expectations of our customers, eliminating defects and non-conformance, and achieving a high level of quality in all our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and quality support to the Project and Production Teams, including the development and implementation of quality-related documentation.
  • Continuously review and improve local and specific instruction procedures, welding procedures, and working documents to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare, finalize, and manage quality plans, product permits/concessions, and other documentation in accordance with customer specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in bid meetings to establish technical/quality compliance relevant to the successful completion of a contract and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, client representatives/inspectors, and internal customers to ensure contract compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • 3.1 CSWIP Certified or willingness to work towards certification within an agreed time period (6-12 months).
  • A Full UK Driving License.
  • Significant experience in a quality-focused role.
  • Ability to Interpret Engineering Drawings and associated Geometric Tolerances and Symbols.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems.
