About the Role

**Quality Engineer Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
