Client Relations and Sales Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Relations and Sales Specialist dedicated to providing outstanding service, addressing inquiries, and enhancing sales through the promotion of our exquisite products. The ideal candidate will be driven, with a robust background in sales and customer engagement. A solid understanding of jewellery production methods and inventory management is essential.
The successful applicant will exhibit exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the jewellery sector and its offerings. Effective time management skills are crucial, as is the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a superior level of customer service, which includes:
- Accurately logging interactions and processing orders within our system.
- Educating clients on product components and manufacturing suitability.
- Identifying purchasing signals and articulating the advantages of choosing our products.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of jewellery and our product range.
- Supporting sales representatives with inquiries, orders, feedback, and product introductions.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of feedback.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

- Experience in manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Mathematical proficiency equivalent to GCSE C grade or higher.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of jewellery products is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 08:00 - 16:00
Holidays: 24 days per annum, plus 8 bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days per year)
