About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver allocated events across all venues in the UK and Europe to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide a single point of contact for clients for all services and ensure client satisfaction is met, if not exceeded.
  • Manage onsite resources during event build and break, liaising with site managers and maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Provide onsite presence during event hours to maintain a single point of contact for clients.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner to exceed client expectations and customer service levels, while managing expectations.
  • Review the profit and loss statement on all allocated shows and accurately forecast final total revenues when requested.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent knowledge of the exhibition industry.
  • Good financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adept at creating lasting relationships.
