About the Role:

An excellent opportunity has emerged for a Family Support Administrative Coordinator to become a vital member of a dedicated Administration Team within Children's Services.

Your expertise in administration and organizational skills will be greatly appreciated in this role. We offer a diverse and responsible position that allows you to contribute significantly to the welfare of vulnerable children.

Working in a hybrid model, our team is committed to safeguarding children, enhancing their well-being, and improving their life opportunities. You will collaborate with fellow Personal Assistants and social workers to ensure smooth operations, alleviating the administrative load on social workers.

The more effective your contributions, the more our Social Workers can dedicate their time to direct engagement with children and families.

This position requires a confident and proactive individual who is not hesitant to take initiative. Excellent administration, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, strong analytical abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to prioritize and multitask are crucial for success in this role.
