Ashville Knight is a distinguished law firm seeking a skilled Commercial Property Administrative Assistant to enhance our team.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including utilizing a digital dictation system to generate correspondence and documentation pertinent to property transactions. The position also encompasses personal assistant responsibilities such as managing schedules and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting online Land Registry searches and addressing inquiries on behalf of legal professionals.
  • Delivering exceptional secretarial support with a focus on commercial property.
  • Maintaining effective communication and organization within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial property administration or as a legal assistant is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of experience within the legal sector is preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills with experience in digital dictation.
  • Strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office, Case Management Systems, and Outlook.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from £26,000 to £30,000.
