Job Description

Job Title: Graduate in Psychology or Masters in Social Care

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Worker. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support to children with Social Emotional Mental Health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Build effective relationships with children, supporting them with daily routines, activities, and holidays.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with parents, teachers, therapists, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports and progress updates.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
