Responsibilities of a Youth Care Facilitator:
  • Support, safeguard, and promote the welfare of children and young individuals
  • Assist with daily routines, which may involve community engagement and/or educational support
  • Provide high levels of supervision and assistance
  • Adhere to regulatory standards set by Ofsted and CQC
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments

What Nurseplus requires from you as a Youth Care Facilitator:
  • A minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience in a child and/or young adult care setting
  • Diploma level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce; level 4 is desirable
  • An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (cost to be covered at £45)
  • A Full UK Driving License
