An excellent opportunity has emerged for a Family Support Administrative Assistant to become part of a dynamic and established team within the Children's Services sector.
Your expertise in administration and organizational skills will be greatly appreciated in this vital role. This position offers a diverse and responsible set of tasks, allowing you to contribute significantly to the welfare of vulnerable children in the community.
Operating in a hybrid work environment, our team is dedicated to safeguarding children, enhancing their well-being, and improving their life opportunities. You will collaborate with fellow Personal Assistants and social workers to ensure seamless operations, thereby alleviating the administrative workload on social workers.
The more effective your contributions, the more our Social Workers can dedicate their time to direct engagement with children and families.
This role calls for an individual who is assertive and proactive, capable of taking initiative while possessing outstanding administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Additionally, strong analytical abilities, self-motivation, and the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks are essential.
