ISPA Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an ISPA Coordinator, providing administrative support to our Integrated Community Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive and responsive support service, working closely with our community physical health teams across Mid and North Hampshire.

• Provide administrative support to community physical health teams, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
• Operate as a team leader, overseeing the activities of the ISPA Team and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve service delivery, working closely with the Matron and Clinical Leads.
• Coordinate and support secretarial and administrative duties, ensuring seamless communication with clinicians and other non-medical staff.
• Ensure shared learning and compliance with guidelines and policies, reviewing and implementing procedures as necessary.
