We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Shared Services Partnership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Physical Disabilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services and delivering high-quality customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Physical Disabilities team, including managing client records, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to routine enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Support team to ensure the effective delivery of administrative services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements:
