About the Role:

Tulip Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • System Updates: Update customer systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer interactions and system updates.
  • General Administration: Provide general administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to customers to provide updates and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service and administration is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
