Job Description

The Trainee Funding Coordinator role is a key position within our organization, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. As a Trainee Funding Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their day-to-day role, completing the sale of Crown's assets to third-party funding partners.

You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
  • Supporting the Commercial and Funding Coordinator in their wide-reaching day-to-day role, developing an understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training.
  • Using Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Learning Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house and partner software.
  • Collating data and documents to ensure a smooth sales process, working with the Sales team, Sales Admin team, and other departments.
  • Assisting with queries from the business about any live agreements.
  • Supporting relationships with the Sales Teams to ensure that assets are brought back into Crown ownership on a timely basis.
  • Ensuring that assets now owned by Crown are recorded correctly.
  • Ensuring traceability of documents through review and support the management of filing of documents correctly and on a timely basis.
  • Assisting in raising manual invoicing to business partners relating to maintenance contracts, supporting the finance team in ensuring that accounts are kept in order.
  • Building relationships and maintaining regular contact with stakeholders, keeping them fully updated in relation to any changes that will affect the sale process.
