Therapeutic Outreach Specialist

Polaris Children's Services is seeking a skilled Therapeutic Outreach Worker to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work with children, young people, and their families to provide therapeutic support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic support to children and young people, working with them to build on their strengths and achieve positive change.
- Work effectively with professionals, parents, and foster carers to provide a comprehensive support network.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of groups and workshops for children and adults.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
- Experience of working with children and young people, including those with complex needs.
- Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and the THRIVE model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High level of organisation, with a strong attention to detail.
- UK Full driving license and ability to travel around the borough of Cheshire West and Chester.
