About the Role

Polaris Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Outreach Worker to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide therapeutic support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic support to children and young people
  • Work closely with families and carers to develop and implement support plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to promote positive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children and young people
  • Knowledge of trauma, attachment, and child development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
