We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young people facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments to identify the needs of young people and their families.
- Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and creative therapists, to provide a comprehensive range of services.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health therapy.
- Qualified in a core profession (Social Work, Nurse, Allied Health Professional) and Professional Registration with a recognized National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England).
- Experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly with young people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
