Position Overview:
The successful Retail Operations Manager will be instrumental in our flagship retail location. Your primary objective will be to enhance sales performance, meet profitability benchmarks, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate regular sales analytics and work closely with the marketing department to execute strategic plans for ongoing success.
- Lead and inspire a talented team.
- Hold frequent meetings with team members to update them on product knowledge, operational adjustments, and store goals.
- Set clear objectives and expectations that resonate with the company’s vision. Additionally, identify and mentor high achievers to further enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications:
To excel in the role of Retail Operations Manager, we seek candidates who possess:
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, and experience in managing team schedules.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management; experience in the fashion sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proven ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A leadership style that is empathetic, with a successful history of overseeing retail teams and operations.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A robust network within urban culture is a significant asset.
