Job Summary:

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Battersea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering commercial, operational, and audit targets that exceed business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations
  • Collaborate with the wider operations team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Manage store budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets and minimize costs
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving business performance and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders within the organization
