Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our Camden-based store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the retail management team to develop and implement store operations and customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail store manager or supervisor, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer service standards
