Job Summary:

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead the management team in one of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including commercial and people management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the retail team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role
  • Strong commercial and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
