Retail Director Opportunity

This is a high-profile role within a leading global beauty brand, responsible for driving growth and expansion in the UK market.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and commercially driven individual to lead our retail operations in the UK. As a Retail Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand execution for our high street and department store accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the retail strategy for the UK market
  • Manage the full P&L for the UK retail business, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including Space NK, Boots, and John Lewis
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful local marketing campaigns and media activations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize internal knowledge of customers and drive business growth

About You

We are looking for a high-calibre individual with a strong commercial background and a passion for the beauty industry. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in managing high-profile accounts and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a commercial role within a beauty or skincare brand
  • Strong commercial awareness, acumen, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with data and drive business growth through data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of the UK skincare market
