At Rainbows Hospice, we are excited to welcome a meticulous and organized individual to our Estates and Facilities Team as a Facilities Operations Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the seamless execution of our daily operations.

This role calls for a seasoned and systematic administrator capable of efficiently managing their responsibilities and adhering to deadlines. While prior experience in health and safety is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Estates and Facilities team.
  • Oversee and maintain the risk management register and health and safety database.
  • Assist in documenting and reporting Health & Safety incidents.
  • Manage essential documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit schedules.
  • Support the team in organizing safety initiatives and maintaining comprehensive records.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic administrative environment.
  • Capability to review, assess, and revise policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Database management, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge or experience in health and safety practices would be an advantage.

This position requires an Enhanced/Basic DBS Check and pre-employment screenings.
