About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Technology Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Inchcape. As a key member of our global HRIS support team, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and management of our SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation.
  • Provide specialized BAU support with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0, ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS systems.
  • Lead technical discussions on business opportunities and resolve complex issues, leveraging your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive measurable business results, optimizing our HRIS systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee feature enhancements and provide project support for HR applications, ensuring our systems are always up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage HRIS support tickets, resolving queries and escalating technical issues when necessary, to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Configure solutions based on design directions, handle change requests, document, test, and deploy new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to provide training, guidance, and support, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Perform systems administration tasks, including data imports/exports, workflow design, and business rule creation, to maintain the integrity of our HRIS systems.
  • Work with third-party vendors to develop and implement business-driven functionality, ensuring our systems meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Design and coordinate UAT activities with cross-departmental teams, ensuring a thorough testing process and minimizing the risk of errors.
  • Support system upgrades and develop new SaaS functionality to meet business needs, staying ahead of the curve in terms of HRIS technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Suite, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong hands-on administration, maintenance, and support of the SuccessFactors application, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience troubleshooting and managing issues in HRIS systems, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to manage project timelines effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and best practices.
