Job Title: Senior Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Alpha Fashion Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve designated sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and discount structures to provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing key accounts.
  • Commercial judgment and ability to offer solutions to customer problems.
  • Degree level in Fashion or Textiles, or a related field.
