Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our B2B Operator team as a key player in driving revenue growth with our leading Mobile Network Operators. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with our partners, align business objectives, and implement innovative channel initiatives to cement Samsung as a strategic business partner across various business segments, from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to Global Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement:

  • Leading Samsung's strategic engagement with major mobile channel partners to drive business growth and revenue streams.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand Samsung's value proposition as a strategic alliance partner.
  • Establishing strong partnership relationships across the channel to drive business outcomes.
  • Formulating and executing joint business plans to elevate the partnership.

Commercial Excellence:

  • Driving profitable business growth and exceeding targets through effective commercial planning and execution.
  • Owning the commercial planning process for key products on your account to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through market analysis and leading negotiations with senior customer partners.
  • Creating joint business plans that drive business outcomes and elevate the partnership.

People Development:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing account team to drive business outcomes and exceed objectives.
  • Aligning with internal collaborators to deliver Samsung's strategy and drive business growth.
  • Motivating the team to exceed objectives and drive engagement through effective leadership and communication.
  • Networking effectively to represent the voice of the customer within Samsung and drive business outcomes.

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrated ability to promote Samsung as a technology partner to customers and drive business growth.
  • Achieving sustained profit and loss (P&L) growth and exceeding targets through effective commercial planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to drive business outcomes and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint to drive business outcomes and communicate effectively.
  • Effective leadership and presentation skills to drive business outcomes and engage stakeholders.
  • Resilience in a dynamic business environment to drive business outcomes and exceed objectives.
