About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for networking, lead generation, and building strong relationships? Hyperoptic is seeking enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our mission of providing lightning-fast fiber connectivity.

Our Business Development teams work directly with property stakeholders and owners to identify new business opportunities. Success is measured by securing wayleaves and identifying new sales opportunities, leading to increased connections and revenue.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders, Owners, Building Managers, and residents of multi-dwelling properties.
  • Proactively building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating closely with other divisions (including Customer Service, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and Infrastructure) to secure and grow the client base and associated revenue.
  • Consistently achieving sales targets set per quarter.
  • Building and managing a network of relationships to facilitate new business development.
  • Leveraging internal relationships to identify opportunities.
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including Caretakers, Concierges, Property Managers, resident associations, residents, and freeholders.
  • Providing regular progress reports to management as required. Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships within internal stakeholders to ensure successful site deployment.
  • Coordinating functions to provide a seamless client-facing interface (where necessary and desirable).
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a sales-driven or target-oriented role, demonstrating a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Emerging knowledge of vertical markets/sectors.
  • Competent understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Prior telecommunications experience is desirable.
